Dr. Yolette Hines
Veterinarian
DVM
Hi, my name is Dr. Yolette Hines, and I am a Veterinarian at Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital. I am passionate about providing high-quality care and helping my patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
Outside of veterinary medicine, I enjoy cooking, jazz, crafting, and traveling, especially to Jamaica. My Sphynx cat, Presley, is also known for making appearances on FaceTime!
Why I Chose This Profession
I am originally from Pinehurst, North Carolina. My early exposure to the veterinary profession and my passion for helping animals inspired me to pursue veterinary medicine.
Education
I graduated from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2004.
Professional Background
I have a special interest in soft tissue surgery, dermatology, and endocrine disorders. I believe in providing compassionate, personalized care and taking the time to understand each pet's unique needs and their owner's concerns, so I can develop practical, effective treatment plans that work for both pets and their families. I pride myself on being empathetic, approachable, and honest, and when I don't have an immediate answer, I believe in going the extra mile to find one.
